yeah, where is the perth screening dammit! though i suppose with world vision operating in our own back yard perth falls more into the charity case realm of things. maybe a screening should be arranged to benefit the folk living in gosnells |

I'm not unsypathetic - you guys could have a DVD evening at someone's house maybe? It's the best I can come up with. _________________

My son and I attended the Forest Hills Hoyts screening of "Serenity" last night, it was awesome, the turn out was pretty good too.
Of course there were prizes, none of which we got, but we did score a free "Serenity" mousepad when we entered the cinema. A great time was had by all, there were some who dressed for the occasion as characters from Serenity, and they won prizes. The big prize of course was a poster of Serenity with some scribble on it. It looked something like Joss .....
A lot of us stayed behind after to chat with each other too.
A big thanks to 'Maddog' for organising the event, along with his helpers too, and sponsors the guys from "Bellflower" and "Hub Productions" and "Dragon Weave" too.
