Hi guys. Bet you thought 'd forgotten you, didn't you? All my aussie buds, Mim and Nix and Deb and Flim and Hoo SlipNup Chiggery Bunts, Coo Coo and the Ferret, La Sloopa and of course "The Voice", whose real name I don't know but who lives in my head and tells me to kill and kill... How I miss you all! (Except The Voice, who won't shut up and guy, I'm not killing anyone! Get over it!)
Just wanted to say, it's rolling here, but it started there and you guys made it large, clobbered Cinderella (insert phone-throwing joke here) and more importantly, that beer was really good. Not to change the subject. (Dude, I'm not killing! I would totally get caught! It's called DNA, buddy!) Sorry. So thanks for a very warm, very friendly, unbelievably exhausting time. And for coming out for the film. (No, I don't know what it stands for. Dooms Nefarious Acts, maybe. That's not the point. I'm COVERED in it.)
Really sorry. Hope I get to come back, drink more of that beer -- I want to say John Squire, but I'm not sure that's right --and see part of the country that isn't a hotel. Thanks to all. You guys are guys of me.

Cool thanks Joss, glad you had a great time down here (albeit a whirlwind one) Maybe next time you come down you can do what all the other major celebs do and hug a koala, wrestle a crocodile and make crude remarks about Sydney tower
You are welcome back any time, and our door is always open - just ask Amanda Vanstone (our Minister for Immigration) and she will tell you the same thing _________________ "Kaylee, find that kid who's taken a dirt nap with baby Jesus. James Squire, I think you'll find.
Ta muchly bud. It really was our pleasure to clobber Cinderella Man. I mean, a film about boxing? Who would want to see that when you can see a scifi-western-comedy-action-adventure-romance-drama like Serenity?
Except those people who went to see Shark Boy & Lava Girl. Silly people.
Come back anytime, my friend.
Julian.
P.S. - you've seen 'Strictly Ballroom'? Cool. _________________

Serenity is just awesome Joss, I have now seen it 4 times, and will be sure to see it again and again and .....
Everytime I see that movie, I 'get' more of it, it's those little throw-away lines, that make it such a challenge, and please, tell Summer Glau that we think she is awesome, you made a real find with her. I look forward to seeing "Wonderwoman" and at least Serenity 2 and 3, and a continuation of the "Firefly" series to TV.
I am so glad you clobbered "Cinderella Man", he just had it coming. I mean how dare they pinch using a female image, to create a brawny character, someone must be a fan of 'Jayne' I guess.
TV is hardly worth watching these days without one of your programs on it. My family are all Joss Whedon fans.

I have no idea what beer I was drinking. I'm not much of a beer drinker.
But it was good.
In fact it was a great night to premiere my cunning hat and meet the man.
I've gone all sentimental and flabbergasted.
Joss. Must. Come. Back.
Sigh. |

Joss, t'was and is our pleasure to help . The BDM sells itself . We have just been passing on the good word .Next time you are in town just give me a yell and we can do the beer thing again . sqrnookle is absolutely correct , it was James Squire .

Thems fighting words Chryso . We all know that Sydney beer is superior , otherwise Joss wouldn't have (sort of ) remembered it ! This may call for a beer-off (if there is such a thing ) at the December BC ubermeet .
Joss, thanks for making it happen .
Dave . |

Joss,
Remember that Boomerang we gave you as a gift?
That's meant to make you come back, see.
Thanks for the message.
We love the movie.
We love you too. _________________

I didn't get to buy you a beer this time around, but when you come back, make sure to stop by Adelaide and i will do just that.
Thank you for Serenity Joss.
You honestly exceeded my expectations! And i had high ones! I was blown away, i cried, laughed, gasped, screamed (yes out loud) and probably even snorted at some point....it was amazing!

Man,
Looks like Joss is gonna be in a constant state of drunkenness next time he's here. Lurching from pub to pub without doing any work.
Nah. _________________
